Top Diversity Hubs in Europe 🌍 Our latest 2025 Startup Heatmap Report reveals the leading European cities driving founder diversity across gender, nationality, and tech skills. Lausanne and Edinburgh stand out with high shares of female and foreign-born founders, while cities like Gothenburg, Brno, and London report 100% of founders as foreign-born. Stockholm and Dublin also show strong gender representation, with 58% and 47% female founders, respectively. These figures reflect the growing diversity within Europe’s startup ecosystems.
